Join us on Monday, October 21 – 9:30am
We are looking forward to hearing from Audrey Rastin of Boost for Kids, Child and Youth Advocacy Centre. Audrey Rastin is the Director of Prevention Education at Boost Child & Youth Advocacy Centre. She has worked at Boost CYAC for over 20 years designing and delivering trauma-informed, violence prevention programming for children and youth as well as training for adults.
Join us as we have a discussion of out-dated prevention messages (stranger danger, good touch/bad touch) and the new information that has replaced them. As well, practical safety tips on how to talk to kids and youth about their bodies, healthy relationships and personal safety.
